This recipe is ideal for the summer, a light yet heathy salad, not as common as all the others.

  • 8 Slices prosciutto

  • 1 Bag rocket leaves

  • 5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons colovita Oil

  • .5 cup shaved Parmesan


  • 1.

    Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl. You can also add some diced chicken cubes to make it an actual meal.

    It's very yummy and popular in my family. It should serve 2-4 people (depending on how much you want to eat).
