  • 4 thick Porthouse Steaks

  • Soy Sauce, BBQ Sauce & Sweet Chilli sauce mixed together

  • 1 large Spanish Onion

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons wholemeal Mustard

  • beetroot

  • Tomato

  • Avocado

  • Cos lettuce

  • 4-8 Slices of turkish loaf or foccacia bread rub with garlic


  • 1.

    Oil a hot plate and cook steaks to your liking and grill the onions. Also place breads/loaf on as well.

  • 2.

    Place all the ingredients together.

  • 3.

    Heat up deep fryer add the chips. Serve with the lemon tangy sauce and the steak sandwich.
