Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius for 15-20 minutes.
Lightly grease 2 x 12 holes mini muffin pans or 18 patty pans.
Cut rounds from pastry and place into pans.
Combine filling ingredients in a bowl.
Cook in a moderate oven until pastry is browned and filling is set.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
