  • 20 large peeled Prawns

  • 1 large mango peeled and sliced

  • 1 Avocado peeled and sliced

  • 1 packet baby spinach

  • 1 tablespoon Milk

  • 2 tablespoons seafood dressing


  • 1.

    Arrange washed baby spinach on serving plater. Arrange mango and avocado slices.

  • 2.

    Mix seafood dressing & milk in bowl. Coat prawns in dressing and then arrange prawns over salad.

  • 3.

    Serves 4 for a delicious summer lunch, or great as a side at a seafood BBQ.
