  • 500 g Fettuccine or linguine pasta

  • 500 g (approximate) Basa Fish Fillets cut into 2cm pieces

  • 250 g (approximate) Prawns peeled completely, deveined and sliced in half

  • 500 g (approximate) jar of pasta sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 red or brown Onion chopped

  • 5 Cloves Garlic crushed

  • of chopped fresh Coriander leaves and stems

  • of one Lemon

  • of white wine


  • 1.

    Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

  • 2.

    Heat pasta sauce in a saucepan.

  • 3.

    Heat oil in frypan. Fry onion and garlic until browned. Add fish and prawns and fry for 2 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice and simmer until fish and prawns are cooked. Remove pan from stove and add coriander.

  • 4.

    Mix drained pasta, pasta sauce and seafood. For a bit of heat, add chilli flakes.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately.
