Fry onion in a little olive oil.
Add chicken to brown.
Add garlic and seasoning, fry off for 1 minute.
Deglaze with wine.
Add evaporated milk and allow to simmer for 15 mins or until ready to serve.
Add raisins and nuts before serving.
Serve with cous cous tossed with a little butter and chopped parsley.
Enjoy with the rest of the wine you deglazed with!!
