Mix the above ingredients well. Add lamb fillet and marinate 1 - 2 hours.
Char grill the fillet approx 5 minutes. Cut into thick slices. Serve on salad greens with fetta cheese, olives, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions. Drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic dressing and top with zesty yoghurt.
