Spread 1/2 butter on middle of aluminium foil.
Place 2 slices of lemon or lime on butter.
Place fish fillet on top of butter & lemon / lime.
Place dill / sweet chilli sauce / lemon or lime juice over fish / rest of butter.
Seal fish in aluminium foil.
Place on BBQ - leave for 6-8 minutes (depending on size of fish fillet).
Ready to serve.
Season with salt & pepper.
Accompany with fresh seasonal salad and lemon wedge.
