  • 1 Fish fillets can be any fish you like to eat

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped Dill dried or fresh in tube ok if fresh not available.

  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 30 ml Lemons or lime juice

  • Sliced Lemon or lime

  • 1 teaspoon Butter


  • 1.

    Spread 1/2 butter on middle of aluminium foil.

  • 2.

    Place 2 slices of lemon or lime on butter.

  • 3.

    Place fish fillet on top of butter & lemon / lime.

  • 4.

    Place dill / sweet chilli sauce / lemon or lime juice over fish / rest of butter.

  • 5.

    Seal fish in aluminium foil.

  • 6.

    Place on BBQ - leave for 6-8 minutes (depending on size of fish fillet).

  • 7.

    Ready to serve.

  • 8.

    Season with salt & pepper.

  • 9.

    Accompany with fresh seasonal salad and lemon wedge.
