In a large pot, boil water and cook spaghetti following the timeline specified on pack. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil in a large frypan. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes are soft, but still holding their shape. Take the saucepan off the heat and add the spaghetti, tossing it through the onion and tomato mixture. Add the rocket and toss through.
Serve with grated parmesan and fresh cracked pepper.
