  • 4 tablespoons Sesame seed oil

  • 3 teaspoons Palm Sugar

  • 8 tablespoons light soy sauce

  • 50 ml Indian Lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon watercress chopped

  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seed

  • .5 teaspoon white sesame seeds

  • 2 teaspoons Seaweed Flake

  • .25 teaspoon red Chilli powder

  • 1 tablespoon watercress leaves

  • 2 tablespoons chopped Coriander


  • 1.

    Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan until warm, and then add the palm sugar and dissolve; add soy sauce, lime juice, sesame seeds, seaweed flakes and red chilli powder. Give it a good stir, and then add the watercress and coriander.
