The chops can be served with: Carrot sambaro, hot Thai dressing and spinach mash.


  • 8 lamb chops French trimmed

  • 100 g Pistachios nuts

  • 75 g Arcia Honey

  • 2 medium rocket dried Chilli's

  • ground nut Oil


  • 1.

    Heat oven to 200/fan 180c/gas6

  • 2.

    Chop the pistachios and chillies in a food processor and set aside on a plate.

  • 3.

    Warm the honey in a pan for 2mins.

  • 4.

    Sear chops on both sides quickly in a frying pan.

  • 5.

    Brush with honey, then coat in the nut and chilli mixture.

  • 6.

    Place on a baking tray and drizzle over a little more oil.

  • 7.

    Cook in the oven for about 6-8 mins or longer if you prefer medium or well done.

  • 8.

    Leave to rest before serving.
