Apricot Balls

Ingredients

  • 300 g dried Apricots

  • 300 g dried mixed Fruit

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut milk

  • desiccated coconut

Method

  • 1.

    Combine your dried apricots and mixed fruit together using a food processor.

  • 2.

    Add two tablespoons of coconut milk to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

  • 3.

    Roll mixture into bit sized balls and roll into desiccated coconut.
