  • 4 tablespoons caramelised Balsamic vinegar

  • .5 Watermelon

  • 1 punnet Cherry Tomato

  • .5 cup crushed Pistachio


  • 1.

    Cut watermelon into edible chunks, BBQ till grill marks appear on the melon.

  • 2.

    Move to a serving bowl and sprinkle with cherry tomatoes, nuts and balsamic vinegar.
