This easy-to-follow recipe for healthy fruit kebabs using 4 or less ingredients is for busy people who want fantastic food - fast!


  • 1 packet bamboo skewer

  • choice of 2 Fruit berries, melon, citrus; whatever you have in the fridge or in the fruit basket

  • Choice of 1 tub of fruit yoghurt or 1 tbs. of organic Honey


  • 1.

    Dice fruit into bite-sized pieces (skin and clean, where required).

  • 2.

    Thread the chosen fruits alternatively onto a skewer, leaving enough room at the base so the skewer can be held.

  • 3.

    Drizzle with yoghurt or honey.
