  • .5 red capsicum

  • .5 brown onion

  • 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning

    Preheat grill on high.

    Thread cubes of chicken, capsicum and onion onto skewers (soak in water first).

    Sprinkle with seasoning then, grill for 2 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
