The salsa is a mix of tomato, onion, grated ginger and fresh horseradish.
Heat a flat top grill, season the steaks well with salt and pepper, rub with a little olive oil and cook to your liking.
To make the salsa, simply mix the onion, tomato and parsley together with salt, pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste.
Place the steaks onto service plates, add the salsa and grate a little horseradish and ginger directly over the top.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
