This easy-to-follow recipe for a sweet chilli chicken stir fry using 4 or less ingredients is for busy people who want fantastic food - fast!

Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillets sliced

  • 3 tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce

Method

  • 1.

    Slice the chicken breast fillets into thin slices. Heat a fry pan on high. Add sweet chilli, hoisin and soy sauce and stir well.

  • 2.

    When the sauce begins to bubble, add the chicken fillets and stir to combine. Cook until the chicken is done (approx. 5 minutes)

  • 3.

    Serve on a bed of rice.
