• 4 large green Apples

  • 1 cup leftover fruit cake or Christmas pudding


  • 1.

    Core apples and wrap in aluminium foil and bake in a 180C oven for 20 minutes.

  • 2.

    Remove aluminium foil and stuff with fruitcake, bake for a further 10 minutes.

  • 3.

    Serve warm with custard.
