• 1 tablespoon Butter

  • 2 soft Flour Tortillas

  • .33 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • .25 cup fresh basil leaf


  • 1.

    Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

  • 2.

    Add one tortilla, layer with cheese then basil and season with sea salt and pepper, cook for 2 minutes or until underneath is golden brown. Top with remaining tortilla and flip. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

  • 3.

    Slide from pan onto a chopping board and cut into wedges.

  • 4.

    Serve immediately with a salad.
