  • 2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces

  • 1.5 cups organic breadcrumbs

  • 1.5 cups organic mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180C.

  • 2.

    Coat chicken with mayonnaise and roll in breadcrumbs.

  • 3.

    Lay on a baking paper lined baking tray.

  • 4.

    Drizzle with a little butter and bake for 20 minutes.

i will say these chicken nuggets are so yummy .My son is a picky eater and eat only chicken nuggets from the supermarket. So I made some and he was hook on them.
