This easy-to-follow recipe for savoury cheese and bacon stuffed mushrooms, using only 4 ingredients is for busy people who want fantastic food - fast!


  • 4 large organic field Mushrooms

  • 4 Rashers Bacon

  • .5 cup breadcrumbs

  • .75 cup Mozzarella


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180C.

  • 2.

    Remove mushroom stalks. Cut bacon rashers into fine strips and lightly fry. Mix breadcrumbs and cheese together and add bacon. Place mushrooms, top side down, on a lined baking tray. Spoon ingredients onto the mushroom and bake for 15 minutes.
