This easy-to-follow recipe for prosciutto wrapped asparagus spears, using only 4 ingredients is for busy people who want fantastic food - fast!


  • 2 bunches asparagus

  • 100 g prosciutto

  • 125 g Camembert cheese


  • 1.

    Cut the bottom off each asparagus spear and rinse.

  • 2.

    Cut 3cm strips of prosciutto with scissors.

  • 3.

    Cut half of the camembert wheel into long, thin strips.

  • 4.

    Lay prosciutto flat horizontally, place one asparagus spear vertically on the meat.

  • 5.

    Lay a slice of camembert along the asparagus and roll the prosciutto around its contents.

  • 6.

    Place on a baking tray and bake in a 150C oven until the cheese has melted.

  • 7.

    Serve immediately.

it sounds ok, but i am going to use brie chesses rather then camembert chesse as Brie is what i have in my fridge, tho i love both chesses still taste yummy tho

I'm not a fan of asparagus so i substituted it for broccolini and it was a major hit with my whole family
