Marinated & Baked Olives

Ingredients

  • 500 g green or black Olives pitted

  • 1 Lemon peel only

  • 2 sprigs Rosemary

  • 2 Cloves Garlic thinly sliced

Method

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 200C.

  • 2.

    Place olives in a baking dish and with a rolling pin, gently push down so skin splits.

  • 3.

    Mix in the lemon peel, rosemary and garlic.

  • 4.

    Cook for 15 minutes and serve warm.
