  • 1 brown Onion

  • 1 packet French Onion soup

  • 1 x 400g tin of apricot halves in natural juice

  • 8 pieces Chickens


  • 1.

    Place chicken pieces in a casserole dish with soup and onion and season with sea salt and pepper. Add apricot nectar and stir. Cover and bake in 180C oven for 1.5 hrs.

I had trouble finding the Masterfood Apricot Nectar searched for weeks then at the weekend was in Coles in Belconnen and they had it whoopee it was 3 for 5 dollars so I have enough now.will give it ago during the week.
