• 1 cup Self Raising Flour

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 Egg

  • whole Lemon

    Mix flour, egg and milk until you have formed a smooth paste. Add to the mixture, zest from an entire lemon. Mix thoroughly and dollop onto a non-stick frying pan. Let it bubble before you flip it over. Serve with maple syrup.
