A classic Italian pasta recipe.
Heat a fry pan and add a little extra virgin olive oil.
Add the onion and salt and fry a couple of minutes to bring out the flavour.
Add the garlic, chilli flakes and bacon and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and simmer a further 2 minutes.
While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes or until al dente.
Strain and add to the sauce.
Spoon the pasta on to a serving platter and grate plenty of fresh pecorino and parmesan over the top.
