This recipe marinates turkey legs in Adobo seasoning making it perfect for BBQ cooking.
First, prepare the adobo marinade and combine with the turkey and marinate for two hours
Prepare the barbeque for direct cooking. Graduating the heat from medium high to low on one side. Place the marinated chicken on the high heat side of the barbeque to seal and colour the meat. Then move it to the lower heat portion of the barbeque to finish cooking, turning from time to time.
Once cooked, remove to a serving plate and dress with the mole sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
