Get all warm and fuzzy inside with this delicous hot cider drink.


  • 6 x 330ml Pressman’s Apple Cider

  • 500ml RATU Spiced Rum

  • 500ml Sugar syrup

  • 2500ml hot chamomile tea 

  • 250ml lemon juice

  • 6 Star Anise

  • Slices of lemon


  • 1.

    Pour cider into a pot, bring to the boil and remove immediately.

  • 2.

    Add rum, tea, spices and allow to mull for 10 minutes.

  • 3.

    Strain and keep cider warm.

  • 4.

    Pour into a double walled glass or mug and enjoy!
