A light and tasty bite!
Cut up puff pastry into strips and slice a hole lenthways down the centre. Take one end of the pastry strip and flip it through the hole in the centre.
Spray the pieces with oil, ensuring each piece is lightly covered.
Place them in the air-fryer for 10 minutes on 180 degrees, turning the pieces midway through cooking.
When the crostoli is cooked, sprinkle them with cinnamon and icing sugar.
