Refresh your tastebuds with this delicious alcohol-free tipple. 


  • 2 cups diced watermelon

  • 10 mint leaves

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • Sparkling water or kombucha (optional)


  • 1.

    Blend watermelon, mint and lime juice in a high-speed blender until combined.

  • 2.

    Pour over ice and garnish. 

  • 3.

    Top up with sparkling water or kombucha and stir gently to combine to make four servings.
