Enjoy the vibrant combination of sour and sweet in this refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 45mL Ginache

  • 20mL lemon Juice

  • 10mL sugar Syrup

  • 6 raspberries

  • 1/2 egg White

Method

  • 1.

    Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice to emulsify the egg whites.

  • 2.

    Add ice and shake hard.

  • 3.

    Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with raspberry.
