This tasty new Australian cocktail is perfect for colder months


  • 30 ml Vodka

  • 90 ml Sparkling wine

  • 30 ml Plum and Lemon Aspen Syrup (see below for ingredients)

  • 1 cup Davidson plums (frozen or fresh)

  • Half a cup lemon aspen (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • Pinch of salt


  • 1.

    Plum and Lemon Syrup - cook plum and lemons on low to medium heat until fruit has softened and the sugar has dissolved. You should be left with the syrup.

  • 2.

    Pour in plum and lemon syrup

  • 3.

    Add vodka 

  • 4.

    Add sparking wine

  • 5.

    Serve chilled
