Clap 5-6 pieces of mint leaves and put into glass
Add Cranberry Juice, Gin, Chambord and Aloe Vera
Fill the glass with crushed ice
Use bar spoon to mix vigorously
Top up with dome of crushed ice
Garnish with mint sprig and banana leaf
