Deliciously fresh, this cocktail will be a summer staple!


  • 30ml Gin

  • 15ml Chambord

  • 15ml Pomegranate Liqueur

  • 90ml Aloe Vera Juice

  • 30ml Cranberry Juice

  • 1 Lime

  • Mint Leaves

  • Banana Leaf (garnish)


  • 1.

    Put 4 lime wedges into glass and muddle

  • 2.

    Clap 5-6 pieces of mint leaves and put into glass

  • 3.

    Add Cranberry Juice, Gin, Chambord and Aloe Vera

  • 4.

    Fill the glass with crushed ice

  • 5.

    Use bar spoon to mix vigorously

  • 6.

    Top up with dome of crushed ice

  • 7.

    Garnish with mint sprig and banana leaf
