On the first day, Cook prawns in salted boiling water for 3 to 5 mins
Refresh in ice & peel prawns.
Cover polystyrene cone with banana leaf using double sided sticky tape and pins
The next day, using tooth picks, poke prawns into polystyrene covered cone.
Serve with pickled ginger & wasabi cream
