This simple classic Italian salad gets a boost with the addition of some thinly sliced salty prosciutto.


  • Thinly sliced prosciutto

  • Tomato

  • Buffalo Mozzarella

  • Basil leaves

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • sea salt


  • 1.

    Layer alternating prosciutto, slices of tomatoes and slices of buffalo mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each, on a large, shallow plate.

  • 2.

    Drizzle the salad with extra-virgin olive oil and season with sea salt to taste.
