This vegan orange curd recipe is so simple and pairs well with dark chocolate and pastries.


  • 5 tbs corn flour

  • 5 tbs vegan butter

  • 350 ml fresh orange juice from valencia oranges

  • 170 g caster sugar (more if you want a sweeter curd)

  • 1 tbs orange zest


  • 1.

    In a large sauce pan melt vegan butter and stir through corn flour to make a paste

  • 2.

    Pour in orange juice and sugar and stir continuously over a medium heat until the curd thick-ens, stir through zest

  • 3.

    Remove from heat and serve
