Dose up on this smoothie to enhance general health and wellbeing. 


  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Wellgrove Olive Leaf Extract liquid or 4 capsules, broken open

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) canned coconut milk (not light)

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup (70g) raw unsalted cashews (soaked for conventional blenders)

  • 1 tsp finely grated lime zest

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 cup (43g) firmly packed baby spinach

  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh green chilli, plus more to taste

  • 1 large ripe frozen sliced banana

  • 1 cup (160g) frozen pineapple

  • Optional Boosters

  • 1/4 cup (30g) frozen raw broccoli

  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder

  • 1 tsp Cobram Estate olive oil


  • 1.

    Place all the ingredients (including any boosters) into your blender in the order listed.

  • 2.

    Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and frosty.

  • 3.

    Enjoy immediately for the most balanced flavour.
