  • 75ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit

  • 6 fresh inch pineapple chunks

  • 75ml young coconut water

  • 20ml sugar syrup (made 1:1)

  • Plump mint sprig and pineapple wedge to garnish


  • 1.

    Muddle and press pineapple chunks in shaker.

  • 2.

    Add remaining ingredients, add ice and shake hard.

  • 3.

    Strain into Highball glass, fill with fresh cubed ice.

  • 4.

    Garnish with a plump sprig of mint and a pineapple wedge.
