Take cheese toasties to a new level with these delicious new flavours. 


  • 1/3 of a tub of Chris’ traditional cheese and chive dip

  • 3-4 pieces of leftover roast pumpkin

  • 1/2 a cup of leftover roast chicken, shredded

  • 2 slices of thick cut, crusty bread

  • Left over roast onions and rosemary, to serve


  • 1.

    Spread one of the pieces of bread with a generous helping of Chris’ cheese and chive dip.

  • 2.

    Top with pumpkin, mashing a little to stick to the bread.

  • 3.

    Lay the chicken pieces on top.

  • 4.

    Toast until golden on a sandwich press or under the grill (for an indulgent treat, you can even pan-fry your sandwich in butter)

  • 5.

    Serve immediately, topped with cut up left over roast onion and a sprinkle of rosemary.
