Whisk all ingredients in a saucepot.
Turn on gas to a medium-high heat. As soon as it starts to boil, turn down heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Whisk as and when required.
To spice it up, add more Sriracha sauce to reach desired taste.
Cool to room temperature, before placing in fridge until ready to baste meat.
