  • 2-4 green apples peeled and sliced (depending on the size of your dish and how much apple you

  • like)

  • 1 cup of Fruit Hot Cross Buns (2x HCBs in the food processor will work)

  • 1 cup plain flour

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup butter


  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • 2.

    Peel and slice your apples and place them in the bottom of the dish with a few tablespoons of water.

  • 3.

    Combine your HCB crumbs, flour, sugar and butter and crumb with your fingers or in a food processor using the pulse option.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle over the top of the apples.

  • 5.

    Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
