Chocolate Chip-less Cookies


  • 1 cup Butter

  • 0.66 cup Sugar

  • 0.66 cup brown sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups Flour

  • Salt

  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 cups grated Dark Chocolate

    Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

    Whip the butter and sugars together in a stand up mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for a few more minutes.

  • 3.

    In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Add to the butter mixture and mix well. Stir in the grated chocolate.

  • 4.

    Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough with a large spoon, and then using your hands, roll into balls. Place on a parchment or silicon lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between cookies.

  • 5.

    Bake for 12 minutes.

    Note: Yields 12 large cookies or 18 smaller ones.
