A great afternoon treat.
Preheat oven to 170 C.
Grease a 12 hole muffin tray.
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined.
Allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes before dividing avengingly between muffin tray.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into middle of muffin comes out clean.
Store in an airtight container for 4 days, or freeze and use as needed.
