A great afternoon treat. 


  • 1 packet of Bake Mixes Banana & Cinnamon Muffin Mix

  • 1 cup of overripe banana, mashed (about 3 medium bananas)

  • 1 1/4 cups of milk (dairy, soy, nut etc)

  • 1/4 cup of liquid sweetener (maple, honey, agave etc)


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 170 C.

  • 2.

    Grease a 12 hole muffin tray.

  • 3.

    Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined.

  • 4.

    Allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes before dividing avengingly between muffin tray.

  • 5.

    Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into middle of muffin comes out clean.

  • 6.

    Store in an airtight container for 4 days, or freeze and use as needed.
