• 4 kohlrabi washed, leaves and stalks removed

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped Parsley

  • Olive Oil

    Cut the kohlrabi into wedges. Place in a saucepan and add about an inch of water, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid, and steam until the kohlrabi is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and toss with parsley and olive oil.
