Make your morning sing with this tasty meal. 


  • 1 1/2cups SunRice Low GI Rice (cooked)

  • 400ml almond milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds and/or nuts

  • Toppings

  • 2 tbsp shredded, toasted coconut

  • 1/2 cup berries or diced fruit


  • 1.

    Add rice, almond milk, water, seeds/nuts, and maple syrup to a saucepan.

  • 2.

    Cook on low-medium heat, stirring often for 8 minutes or until desired thickness.

  • 3.

    Refrigerate overnight in an airtight container or separate single serve jars for ease.

  • 4.

    Serve with your choice of toppings.
