Three delicious ways to enjoy a classic. 


  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean extract

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Banana choc

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • Banana pecan

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • Banana blueberry

  • 1 cup blueberries


  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 160C.

  • 2.

    Mix all the wet ingredients together then sift in dry ingredients. Fold together until combined.

  • 3.

    Add chosen ingredient and place in greased baking pan. Top with sliced banana. Cook for 45-50 minutes until a knife poked into the center comes out clean.
