The perfect treat for yourself, or a loved one.
Place 2 tbsp of butter in a large mug and microwave for 20-30 seconds or until melted.
Add 1 whisked egg and combine butter and egg together with a fork.
Stir in 3 tbsp of milk, 5 tbsp of sugar and a dash of vanilla extract.
Stir 1/4 cup of flour, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Cover and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry.
Cool for 1 minute.
Top with whipped cream and fresh berries. Serve warm.
