A lighter alternative to meat and veg.
Make the avocado smash and set aside.
To make the avocado smash, cook the peas until just tender, then place in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and roughly mash or crush with a fork. Season to taste.
In a medium frying pan place sesame oil and heat ginger and garlic until browned then set aside.
Brush tuna steaks with olive oil and season to taste.
In the same pan, fry fish for about 2-3 mins on each side until cooked to your liking.
Serve in individual bowls with a big spoon of avocado and pea smash topped with tuna steaks and garnished with the ginger garlic mix, coriander and sesame seeds.
