Super simple and a great people-pleaser.
Lay 4 pieces of sourdough on your bench top and spread 1/4 of the avocado across each slice.
Add pork and slaw evenly across each piece and season with salt and pepper. Cover with second slice.
If you’re eating lunch at home or you have access to a sandwich press or grill, place your sandwich in the appliance and heat all the way through, adding fresh avocado and slaw (if you prefer), after it has been heated.
