A bit of indulgence without the guilt. 


  • 2 frozen bananas, plus extra to garnish

  • 1 ripe avocado, stone removed and flesh scooped out

  • 125g raspberries

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  • 130g yoghurt

  • 125ml milk of choice

  • To top (your choice): avocado, flaxseed, hemp seeds, banana, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, granola or almond butter, edible flowers 


  • 1.

    Whiz the banana, avocado, half the raspberries, cacao powder, vanilla powder, yoghurt and almond milk in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. The mixture should have a spoonable consistency.

  • 2.

    Pour into a bowl and decorate with the remaining raspberries, extra banana and your chosen toppings.
